Agreement
By using this website, submitting the contact or trial request forms, or downloading and running a trial installer, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the trial software.
What M³ and RecruitLite AI are
Both are on-premise business applications: you download and run them on your own server or machine. Nothing about either product depends on North19's own servers to operate once installed — your data stays on your infrastructure, by design, including during a trial.
Trial terms
Trial access is provided free of charge for the period and limits stated on each product's trial page. The trial is provided for evaluation — to let you judge whether the product fits before any purchase conversation. We can change or end trial terms for new downloads at any time; it doesn't affect a trial already running on your machine.
Software license
Trial and licensed use of M³ and RecruitLite AI is a license to use the software, not a sale or transfer of ownership. North19 retains all rights, title, and intellectual property in the software. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the installer or the application without our prior written agreement.
No warranty
Trial software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. It's an evaluation release; use it with that in mind before relying on it for production work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, North19 isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the trial software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the trial is limited to the amount you paid for it — which, during a free trial, is zero.
Acceptable use
Please don't use the contact or trial request forms to submit false information, spam, or anything unrelated to a genuine inquiry about our products. We reserve the right to decline or revoke trial access where we reasonably believe it's being misused.
Paid licenses
Pricing and licensing terms for production use are agreed directly, in conversation — not fixed on this website, since they depend on your invoice volume, team size, and deployment. A signed license or order agreement at that stage takes precedence over these website terms for the scope it covers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or the business changes. The version in effect is the one posted here, dated at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
