Licensing is based on active user count — a deactivated, locked, pending, or suspended user doesn't count against your seat total, only people actually using the system do. Minimum licensed seat count is 5. Contact us for your quote.

If you outgrow your seats, deactivate a user to free one up, or get in touch and we'll add more. Once a paid license is active, your seat count holds at what you've licensed — unlike the trial, there's no grace-period buffer, so it's worth sizing it with a little room to grow.
